Update: April 11, 2021 registration for this hike is FULL. Please watch for future opportunities to explore MLT conserved land.

Spring is in the air and oak woodlands are alive with birds and wildflowers! YOU are invited to join MLT for a guided five-mile round-trip hike at Ridgewood Ranch on April 17. Ridgewood is a gorgeous 5,000-acre ranch located off Highway 101 between Willits and Ukiah. This ranch is not normally open to the public, but MLT works with the landowner to conserve and protect 1,600+ acres of valuable oak woodland habitat. We have gained permission to share this beautiful protected area with you on guided hikes. Group size is limited and RSVP is required. All participants should wear a mask when close to others not in their household and practice social distancing at all times.

The hike will be moderately strenuous, covering about five miles round trip with about 700 feet of elevation gain to a hilltop with a beautiful view of the Ukiah Valley. If you would like to join us, please email amy@mendocinolandtrust.org. Please include your full name and names of anyone coming with you and indicate which town or area you will be coming from the day of the hike. As we will be walking through areas with grazing cattle, dogs are not allowed on this hike.
