Explore the History of Ten Mile Estuary & Old Smith Ranch Preserve

Saturday, October 24, 10am – 12 noon
Meet at Old Smith Ranch Parking area.

Join us as we wander down the Old Smith Ranch trail to the Ten Mile Estuary with Bob Neale and Linwood Gill to learn about the natural and human history of the estuary and surrounding preserve.

Bob Neale is a conservation advocate, with a lifelong passion for the landscapes and habitats of California. Bob most recently served as California Senior Program Manager for the Land Trust Alliance. Prior to that, he spent 20 years with Sonoma Land Trust as their Director of Stewardship.

Linwood Gill is a professional forest manager and founding member of the Forest Stewards Guild. He is a local expert on the Ten Mile Estuary and Old Smith Ranch.
