Video – Betty’s Bench Dedication

One of the most jaw-dropping features of the newly opened Old Smith Ranch Trail is Betty’s Bench. Nestled among giant tanoak trees, the bench overlooks a genuinely spectacular vista of the Ten Mile River estuary. The bench is dedicated to Betty Stechmeyer, one of the Mendocino Land Trust’s most dedicated supporters. Betty has done so much over the years that it’s hard to fit into one post, but this bench (and this video) are just one way we are showing our appreciation. Thank you Betty!
