MLT is Hiring a New Executive Director

After six years of dedicated service and visionary leadership, our Executive Director Conrad Kramer is moving on to new projects and horizons. Conrad has led Mendocino Land Trust through an exciting time by greatly expanding our capacity, holdings, staff, and reach. We now look to sustain this momentum as we hire a new Executive Director.

MLT is seeking an inspiring, down-to-earth leader who brings deep humility, warmth, and a genuine love for rural community life to conservation work in Mendocino County. We are looking for an Executive Director with a conservation background and a record of building relationships, and who will bring a strategic vision and conservation urgency to guide our operations, staff management, fundraising, and financial sustainability.
