Saunders Landing Preserve
Saunders Landing is a 12-acre coastal property that MLT acquired in 2024, 5 miles south of Point Arena. Active restoration is happening at Saunders Landing to remove invasive plants and support a healthy bishop pine forest. MLT is currently planning a new segment of the California Coastal Trail on this property, eventually connecting Hearn Gulch to Schooner Gulch State Park.
